Do we need any experience?

Zero. Most of our participants have never thrown a punch in their life. We start with stance and basics, and by the end of 45 minutes everyone's hitting pads and grinning.

Is this safe for employees with zero combat sports experience?

100%. All sessions are strictly non-contact pad work—participants strike target pads held by coaches or partners, never each other. Drills are fully scalable so every employee gets a safe, high-energy workout regardless of baseline fitness.

How long is a session?
How many people can join?
None. We supply sanitized boxing gloves, kick pads, shin guards, and floor mats. Your team just needs comfortable athletic wear and a water bottle.
What kind of space do we need on-site?

Are you insured?
Any clear area like a large conference room, cafeteria, courtyard, or multi-purpose event space works (roughly 25–30 sq. ft. per person). We bring protective floor mats and handle the entire setup.
Our team arrives 20 to 30 minutes before class to set up gear and mats, and we clear the room within 15 minutes post-session so your workspace is left clean and reset.
60 minutes is our standard. Long enough for a real workout, short enough to fit in a lunch block.
Up to 30 per coach. We’ll absolutely bring additional coaches for larger groups.
Muay Thai can be slightly different from another wellness activity, for example, let’s say yoga. We’ll need space for movement, equipment, attentative coaching and safety. A 60-person Muay Thai class with two instructors is the perfect fit.
If you have 100 participants that’d want to join, we’d break it up into sessions:
Session A: 12:00–1:00pm
Session B: 1:15–2:15pm
*We accommodate ideally up to 25–30 participants per session.
Yes — we carry general and professional liability coverage, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance for your records.
Yes. We carry full general liability insurance ($1M/$2M limits) and issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your company as Additionally Insured prior to the event. Digital participant waivers are handled online beforehand.
